Layer3 started operations on the 5th of July, 2005 as a Virtual Internet Service Provider in Abuja, Nigeria and has since built out its own next generation fiber network in addition to expanding its service portfolio to include Network and Data Infrastructure solutions, Data and Network Security solutions, Enterprise and Cloud Solutions as well as Managed Services.
