- You choose the channels your business (product or service) would appeal the most to potential customers. Example, a baking business would want to use visuals to appeal to customers using Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook ads as the primary channel to reach out to potential customers.
- Define the type of message you want to project to your customers about your business like your business culture, ethics, products & services. This is basically “Branding” as it governs the framework of the marketing campaign using the most resourceful digital channels to reach your target audience.
- Content is key, as this cannot be emphasised enough. “80% of consumers make use of online channels to research about brands, products and services and would go through visual contents in those channels before they make a purchase decision” (as cited in digitalmarketingphillippines.com, 2017).
- Measure your growth; now you have your loyal customers loving your brand and its services, it is important to measure your success by setting a higher benchmark and actualizing them through the consistent strategy deployed.
